Delete your account
How to delete your Stocker (SimpleStocker, developer: somniumcode) account and all related data, even if you no longer have the app.

In the app
- Open the Stocker app and go to the Profile tab.
- Choose Account settings → Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted and confirm.
We sign you out on all devices right away, including your watch. We send a deletion confirmation to your account email address.
Without the app
Email [email protected] from the address of the Google or Apple account you use with the app, with the subject "Account deletion". If you hid your email when signing in with Apple, write from any address and include the approximate date you created the account and the name of one of your storages.
We will reply and ask you to confirm, so that nobody can delete someone else’s account. Once confirmed, we delete the account exactly as from the app.
What we delete and what we keep

| Database backups | Expire after 30 days. We never restore deleted accounts from them. |
| Error reports (Sentry) | Expire after 30 days. |
| Subscription billing records, if any | Kept for the period required by tax law (5 years). |
How long it takes
We usually delete the data within 24 hours of the in-app request or your email confirmation, and no later than 30 days.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
